Video duration: 217 seconds I recorded the audio for this video back on March 14, 2006. I was right under the siren, so the rotation can't be heard very well, but this siren is set to 2 RPM's. My uncle and I shot the still of this siren. I'd like to thank JasonC from the Siren Board for helping me to resize the picture. Video duration: 186 seconds I'd like to give special thanks to Siren1000T for letting me use the audio from his 2001-DC video for this one. I was messing around with Audacity and I came up with this. Maybe someone at Federal Signal will hear this, and will realize that if 2001's were duel tone 10/12 port sirens, they would be much more effective attention getters. Video duration: 216 seconds I did this entirely in Audacity, no recordings were used. The sound was synthesized, and created by using Audacity's tone and chirp generators, pitch changer, low and high pass filters, and reverb. It's not perfect, but it does sound a whole lot like a Federal Signal 2T22 doing a three minute Alert signal. I plan on doing a 3T22 Hi-Lo emulation in the future.
